Vancouver Luxury Car Club launches with 70 premium vehicles & a membership model built on access over ownership

Vehicles can be booked year-round through a dedicated mobile app with concierge support.

In a city where luxury is often seen in real estate, art, and fashion, the Vancouver Luxury Car Club (VLCC) is steering that conversation in a different direction, toward mobility. Officially launched this month, VLCC introduces a new way to experience high-performance vehicles by offering access, not ownership. With a collection of 70 cars across premium segments, the club is designed for those who want the thrill and convenience of driving the world’s most sought-after cars without being tied down to a single brand or long-term commitment.

The fleet includes models from Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Jaguar, and Maserati—covering everything from supercars and luxury SUVs to executive sedans and EVs. Members can drive what suits the moment, whether it’s a Porsche 911 for a night out, a Range Rover for weekend trips to Whistler, or a Taycan for a clean, electric cruise through the city. Bookings are handled through a dedicated app, supported by a real-time concierge team that manages everything from vehicle delivery to roadside assistance.

Mark Cheng, Founder and CEO of VLCC, said, “Car buyers today are more cautious than ever. They are nervous about depreciation, market volatility and the true cost of ownership. VLCC exists to remove that friction. We’re not selling a dream garage—we’re unlocking it.”

This model was created for people who value flexibility over permanence, entrepreneurs, business travellers, and individuals who move between cities and commitments. VLCC’s structure reflects that freedom. The club maintains a 1.5:1 vehicle-to-member ratio to ensure access remains smooth and generous. Only 50 memberships are available, keeping the experience personal and streamlined. The offering isn’t just about the cars, though—it includes insurance, maintenance, app access, roadside assistance, and full concierge support, all bundled into the membership.

The vehicles span across categories. The supercar and GT lineup includes the Ferrari 488, McLaren 720S, Lamborghini Huracán, Bentley Continental GT and Audi R8. SUVs such as the Mercedes G-Wagon, Porsche Cayenne, Range Rover Sport and BMW X7 cater to daily driving and longer escapes. Electric options like the Porsche Taycan and Audi E-Tron are part of the fleet as well. For executive and everyday needs, members have access to models like the Mercedes S-Class, Maserati Ghibli, BMW 8 Series and Bentley Flying Spur.

Pricing is positioned at the ultra-premium level. Personal membership starts with a CAD 60,000 initiation fee and monthly dues of CAD 5,500. Corporate options begin at CAD 75,000 with a CAD 15,000 charge for each additional driver, and a monthly fee of CAD 6,000 plus CAD 500 per added driver. The goal is clear: provide a first-class driving experience that covers every detail, from logistics to lifestyle.

VLCC isn’t limiting its reach to Vancouver. Expansion plans are already underway, with new international club locations expected to be announced soon. Members will be able to access vehicles and exclusive events across markets, all with personal onboarding and global support. “Vancouver is our testbed—but the model was always intended to scale. We’re not in the car rental business. We’re building a global platform for frictionless luxury mobility,” Mr. Cheng said.

The move taps into a shift that’s already underway, one where convenience, choice, and experience matter more than ownership. VLCC isn’t asking its members to dream big. It assumes they already are. What it offers is the ability to live those dreams on demand, whether through the growl of a V8 on a Friday night or the ease of a luxury SUV on a Monday morning.
