Aman Group’s lifestyle brand Janu has announced its next destination: Janu Turks and Caicos. Following the successful launch of Janu Tokyo, this new property marks the brand’s debut in the Americas and brings its dynamic vision of social wellness to the Caribbean. Set on the northwest coast of Providenciales, the hotel and residences will take shape within a secluded beachfront landscape bordered by Northwest Point Marine National Park.
Part of a broader expansion plan, Janu Turks and Caicos will feature both a hotel and a limited number of branded, fully serviced residences. The site spans the edge of an 18,000-acre nature reserve, and borders the white-sand beaches and coves of the protected marine area. Surrounded by untouched terrain, the setting has been chosen to support a kind of travel that feels grounded in nature and designed for reset.
At present under construction, the property has been designed with wellness, sociability, and connection in mind. Alongside a 50-metre swimming pool and a dedicated Beach Club, guests will find multiple culinary concepts and open spaces that encourage gathering and conversation. The resort’s Spa and Wellness Centre will include an IV Lounge, Meditation Studio, and Apothecary Bar—spaces created for a modern, inclusive approach to wellbeing.
The Janu Residences, positioned primarily along the beachfront, will offer an indoor-outdoor lifestyle that reflects the natural rhythm of the island. Surrounded by coastal jungle and facing the sea, each residence will include full access to Janu’s services and experiences, allowing residents to move fluidly between privacy and community.
Janu’s focus on what it calls “social wellness” runs through every part of the project. The aim is to create spaces where people can connect in intentional ways, while still being immersed in a high-comfort, visually striking environment.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group., said, “Turks and Caicos is an unrivalled destination in the Caribbean and as part of our strategic vision for Janu, it will be the first home for the brand in the Americas. A location that perfectly embodies Janu’s commitment to creating dynamic lifestyle experiences and fostering genuine connection, the property will be a place to immerse in the vibrant energy of the destination while enjoying Janu’s visionary luxury hospitality which redefines purposeful travel.”
The Turks and Caicos property is among 12 Janu developments currently in progress, alongside sites in Dubai, Diriyah, and AlUla. With each addition, the brand is building a consistent approach to hospitality that centres on energy, openness, and a connection to place. Additional details on the Turks and Caicos property will be released in the coming months.
