Trèsind Studio, now in its fourth year in the Michelin Guide Dubai, made history by becoming the first Indian restaurant in the world to earn the Guide’s highest honor. Chef Himanshu Saini’s imaginative tasting menu reinvents traditional Indian dishes from across the country, presenting them as vibrant, carefully crafted creations that engage both the eyes and the palate. The restaurant is located inside St. Regis Gardens The Palm.

FZN by Björn Frantzén joins Trèsind Studio as a new restaurant that has received three Michelin Stars in its inaugural year. The restaurant, headed by celebrated Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, offers a polished, skilfully prepared experience blending Scandinavian and Asian cuisines, with luxurious ingredients. It is located inside the famed Atlantis Dubai.

Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guide, said, “Dubai’s rapid transformation into a global culinary hub is testament to its diversity and excellence. As demonstrated by Trèsind Studio’s historic achievement of earning Three Michelin Stars in its fourth appearance, making it the first Indian restaurant worldwide to earn the Guide’s highest accolade—Dubai embraces a rich tapestry of flavors that reflect the world’s gastronomic passions.”
