The menu features a variety of cocktails, each crafted with care. Guests can try the bright and zesty Yuzu Junmai or the smoky, layered Umeshu Fashioned. The Sandy 75 combines gin and sake into a sparkling, lively drink, while the Strawberry Cloud blends vodka, sweet sake, and a hint of red wine mist for a playful touch. For something refreshing, the Cucumber Shisojito uses kaffir lime and shiso leaves to add an herbal twist to a classic highball.
