Chicago’s Acadia makes new achievements and menus

Acadia Chicago Fall Menu 2015, luxury restaurants in ChicagoOctober 28, 2015: A Chicago fine dining restaurant, Acadia, which has recently been bestowed by a Michelin star, making it a 2 Michelin star eatery now, is offering exciting fall delicacies!

Following a brief closure for required updates and renovations to the building, Chef/Owner Ryan McCaskey enters a new season, introducing beautifully created menus and décor updates rounding out the experience. With newly developed ten-course and five-course tasting menus, Chef McCaskey hopes to elevate diners’ experience while paying homage to Acadia’s overarching inspiration, Maine.  With fresh, expertly sourced seafood, savory flavors and innovative dish composition, a bold meal awaits.

Expect to have beauties such as Lobster Roll; Hiramasa (with Shigoku oyster, finger lime, uni, champagne); Pheasant Agnolotti (Burgundy truffle, butternut squash, Parmesan, porcini); Bone Marrow (Veal cheek, peekytoe crab, bone marrow); Buttermilk Biscuit (herb butter) and more as part of these novel menus.

The ten-course pairing menu is priced at $165 per person and $115 for wine pairings or $90 for mixed pairings. The five-course pairing menu is priced at $95 per person and $50 for wine pairings.  A select number of à la carte items are offered as an alternative.  For a seasonal bonus course, Chef McCaskey offers a supplement to both menus of A5 Miyazaki wagyu beef with pickled hon shimeji, apple and fermented black bean truffle glaze ($65).
