After being appointed as the director of culinary, Chef Rana invited Chef Qureshi – son of the legendary Chef Imtiaz Qureshi – to coalesce his Dum Pukht menu into the Aafreen-Inspired Indian culinary offerings at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. At the same time, Chef Qureshi’s expertise and unwavering commitment to preserving traditional cooking techniques will also be in the limelight.
