Nikkei cuisine has rapidly gained a devoted following in India, with enthusiasts craving more. Responding to the soaring demand, Heliconia at JW Marriott Goa, Vagator, has orchestrated a special seven-course tasting menu, spotlighting the exquisite flavors of Nikkei cuisine.

Named after the Peruvian flower, Heliconia, this newly-unveiled restaurant at JW Marriott Goa is dedicated to elevating Nikkei cuisine. Curated by Peruvian chef Arturo Salazar, the tasting menu features both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, showcasing Chef Arturo’s signature dishes like Chuka Wakame salad, Tori Karaage, and Salmon Ceviche.

Highlights include the Crispy Asparagus Roll, Grilled Chicken Tacos, Seafood Rice, and Panca Curry With Tofu Katsu. Notably, the Panca Curry With Tofu Katsu stands out, while the Ivory And Candied Orange Petit promises a delightful finish.

For dessert, indulge in Chef Salazar’s Peruvian Tres Leches cake, a decadent treat filled with custard and served with a dollop of strawberry yogurt, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.
