Poseidon’s trident is a powerful and iconic symbol in Greek mythology, associated with the god Poseidon, who is the god of the sea, earthquakes, and horses. Tapping into the power of the three-pronged spear, famed musician and fashion savant Pharrell Williams crafted the Tiffany Titan collection, in collaboration with Tiffany & Co.
The sharp, spear-like spikes are manifested in a range of jewelry including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Titanium, prized for its understated reflective allure, enhances the pieces with striking contrasts.
Reflecting Mr. Williams’ distinctive vision – who is also the Menswear designer for Louis Vuitton – the collection not only showcases pieces crafted in 18-karat yellow gold but also offers variations in both diamond-studded and pure metal renditions.
Select designs stand out with reverse-set diamonds, adding a unique brilliance to the collection. Drawing from personal roots, the designer also found inspiration in his childhood community of “Atlantis” in Virginia Beach, infusing the collection with personal narrative and regional influence.
About the collaboration, Alexandre Arnault, Executive Vice President, Product, Communications and Industrial, Tiffany & Co. said, “We are excited to unveil Pharrell’s inaugural collection for Tiffany. The Tiffany Titan by Pharrell Williams collection defies the conventions of fine jewelry design. It represents a balance of Pharrell’s creative vision with Tiffany & Co.’s inventive craftsmanship. Each piece embodies Pharrell’s distinct style and unique point of view.”
However, this is not the first association between Tiffany & Co. and Mr. Williams. He wore diamond-encrusted Tiffany cat-eye sunglasses in 2022, and has been hinting at a more in-depth collaboration between the two since then.
A first collaborative collection between Mr. Williams and Tiffany & Co., it has been released globally at Tiffany & Co. stores and Tiffany.com, inviting fans worldwide to explore this exceptional assortment. Prices range from $3,400 to $55,000.
