Thailand-based Dusit International has signed a hotel management agreement with Primex Realty Corporation to operate Dusit Greenhills Manila, a new hotel set to open in San Juan City, Metro Manila, by the end of 2026.
The hotel will be located on the top 10 floors of Primex Tower, a 50-storey mixed-use development in an affluent district, approximately 45 minutes from Manila International Airport. The tower will also house premium retail and office spaces.

The urban and upscale Dusit Greenhills Manila will feature 200 guest rooms and various facilities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar, a rooftop swimming pool, a gym, and meeting spaces. The property will also include a ballroom with city views and direct access to Greenhills Mall, a popular shopping and dining destination.

Dusit International currently operates 296 properties across 18 countries, including 57 hotels under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 239 luxury villas under Elite Havens. In the Philippines, the company already manages Dusit Thani Manila, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, Dusit Thani Residence Davao, dusitD2 Davao, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort. The expansion plan includes over 60 new Dusit-branded properties globally, with several developments in the Philippines.
