Almost 15 years ago, in 2009, British actor Callum Turner first walked for Louis Vuitton as a model before transitioning to acting. The brand has officially announced that Mr. Turner, known for his role in the rom-com Emma, will be joining the Louis Vuitton family as a House Ambassador.
Born in London, Mr. Turner has earned critical acclaim for his diverse roles, including in the historical drama The Capture and the coming-of-age film Queen and Country. After beginning his career in modeling, Mr. Turner shifted to acting in 2011, with his most recent role in Apple TV+’s Masters of the Air, alongside Austin Butler and Barry Keoghan.
His passion for films was sparked by his mother, leading to a career spanning a wide range of roles. From period dramas to modern-day stories, his notable achievements also include his portrayal of Theseus Scamander in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, a role that helped him expand his global fanbase. He has also featured in Creed (2016), and The Boys in the Boat (2023).
“Turner’s pursuit of excellence in his craft and diversity of roles aligns with the House’s own dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and constant quest for innovation. On and off screen, he expresses a genuine and endearing charisma while his elegant sartorial choices have earned him a notable stylistic following,” the brand said in the press release.
In new photos from the collaboration, Mr. Turner sports pieces from the Men’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, including an oversized Speedy bag in vibrant pink and neon yellow hues.
In a conversation with Esquire, Mr. Turner said, “I’ve always loved LV from way back when, and I truly enjoy the full circle part of joining the guys.” During the latest photoshoot for the brand, he further added, “I think what’s special about Louis Vuitton is not just fashion. It’s art, it’s buildings and it’s culture and so to be part of that is really special.”
Other Louis Vuitton ambassadors include stars like Bradley Cooper, Deepika Padukone, rapper Pusha T, and J-Hope of BTS.
