The watchmaker’s tribute takes the form of a contemporary reinterpretation of the iconic Contograf model, a design originally celebrated in the 1960s for its innovative features.
The modern iteration of the Contograf stands out with its sleek black dial, contrasted by bold yellow counters—evoking the unmistakable color of Dallara’s vehicles. The chronograph is further elevated by the inclusion of Dallara’s distinctive logo, a nod to the brand’s engineering excellence.
Drawing inspiration from the original 1960s version, the Contograf was groundbreaking in its time, boasting features such as a chronograph minute counter at 3 o’clock and a large date display at 6 o’clock with quick-set functionality—a revolutionary detail that set it apart from other timepieces of its era. The updated model retains the spirit of innovation, with new touches like the automotive-inspired tachymeter scale on the rehaut. This scale includes a striking red 50 km/h marker, further cementing the connection to high-performance engineering.
Limited to just 50 pieces, the Eberhard & Co. Dallara tribute watch is an exclusive.
