The restaurant’s name, “Mezzo Mezzo,” meaning “middle” in Italian, encapsulates its vision—placing guests right at the center of an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
Taking cues from Greece, Spain, Italy, and Turkey, the menu showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes made with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Chef Roberto Apa, an Italian culinary virtuoso with over 15 years of experience, helms the kitchen, bringing his deep-rooted passion for Mediterranean cuisine to life.
The menu offers European coastal flavors with standout dishes like Spanish Red Prawns with smoked Romesco and spicy mango salad, and the vibrant Palm View, a fusion of coconut leche de tigre, chili ponzu, and compressed melon.
